You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use our Service.
4. Financial Data and Third-Party Integrations
Our Service integrates with third-party financial institutions through secure APIs to access your financial data. By using our Service, you authorize us to access and retrieve your financial information from these institutions.We use Plaid Technologies, Inc. to facilitate secure connections to your financial accounts. We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.Our Service relies on third-party hosting providers (including but not limited to Supabase and Vercel) for infrastructure and data storage. Downtime or service interruptions may occur due to factors outside our direct control, including issues with these third-party providers.We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY. FOR USERS WHO HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES (INCLUDING FREE SERVICE USERS), OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $0.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Milia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Service.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. However, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the dispute qualifies for such court's jurisdiction.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
